چکیده

In this study, we prepared graphene quantum dots (GQDs) via a green process using rice straw as carbon source. The non-toxic nature of GQDs is suitable for application in human body-related research. Furthermore, possess biodegradability and biocompatibility characteristics, indicating high suitability applications the field drug delivery. Based on fact that acid-sensitive bonds between doxorubicin are formed by aldehyde groups GQD surfaces, adopted semi-modified TEMPO method to partially oxidize surface functional without destroying structure. This enabled an increase group content, which turn enhanced loading capacity GQDs. content was measured Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, titration based Cannizzaro reaction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). effect determined absorbance measurements at 485 nm UV-Vis spectrophotometer. results indicated significantly affected introduction enhancement efficiency Finally, polymeric material cationic poly (vinylcyclohexene carbonates) (CPVCHCs) used encapsulation regulation release. Under premise total amount drugs released remains unaffected, initial burst release effectively delayed, aids reducing harmful effects body.

Facile preparation and upconversion luminescence of graphene quantum dots.

A facile hydrazine hydrate reduction of graphene oxide (GO) with surface-passivated by a polyethylene glycol (PEG) method for the fabrication of graphene quantum dots (GQDs) with frequency upconverted emission is presented. And we speculate on the upconversion luminescence due to the anti-Stokes photoluminescence (ASPL), where the δE between the π and σ orbitals is near 1.1 eV.
